The VVT plunger is a component of the motor, typically used in the automotive sector, with our customers applying it in the automotive aftermarket. Its manufacturing processes primarily include CNC turning/machining, CNC milling, and grinding. The material used for this part is Al6061, with a surface treatment of hard anodizing. We can manufacture similar VVT oil control valve (OCV) body parts using materials such as brassstainless steelaluminum. Common surface treatment processes include electroplating, anodizing, polishing, passivation, and PVD coating.
