Its manufacturing processes primarily include CNC turning/machining, CNC milling, and grinding. The material used for this part is Al6061, with a surface treatment of hard anodizing. We can manufacture similar VVT oil control valve (OCV) body parts using materials such as brass, stainless steel, aluminum. Common surface treatment processes include electroplating, anodizing, polishing, passivation, and PVD coating.
