The mechanical control shafts are commonly used in machinery as part of engineering equipment control levers. The manufacturing process primarily involves CNC turning/machining. These components are made from S45C, with an environmentally-friendly bright nickel plating surface treatment. We can produce such mechanical control shafts using carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, with surface treatments including electroplating, anodizing, polishing, passivation, and PVD coating.
